Agentic commerce
Make your shop readable to AI agents
A growing number of people start shopping by asking an AI assistant rather than opening a shop. HelpVox publishes your catalogue in a form those agents can read, and gives them a way to hand the customer over to your assistant to finish the order.
Why it is worth doing now
A channel you are not in yet
A shop that no agent can read simply does not come up. Being readable costs you nothing per month and is in place before the traffic is.
Your data, stated once
Prices, stock, delivery terms and which questions you handle — published from the same source your own assistant answers from, so the two can never disagree.
The order ends up where you work
Not in a message you have to retype. The order is created in the shop you have connected, with the customer's confirmation behind it.
What actually happens
- 1
Your catalogue is published in a machine-readable form
HelpVox publishes a UCP manifest for your shop: what you sell, the prices, the stock and which support topics you handle.
- 2
An external agent searches and finds a product
It searches your catalogue and asks for a specific product, the way a customer would.
- 3
The agent hands the customer over
Where the agent supports the HelpVox assisted-order flow, it passes the conversation to your assistant instead of guessing.
- 4
The customer confirms the order themselves
The agent never confirms a purchase on the customer's behalf. The customer gives what is needed and says yes.
- 5
The order is created in your shop
In whatever you have connected — and from there it behaves like any other order.
What this is, and what it is not
- HelpVox does not implement UCP checkout and does not take payments.
- Assisted Order is a handover, not an automatic purchase: the customer finishes the conversation with your assistant.
- Which external agents can use it depends on whether they support the relevant UCP capabilities and the HelpVox extension.
What your shop publishes
All of it at one address an agent can find on its own: /.well-known/ucp
Catalogue search
An agent can search what you sell and get back products with prices and availability.
Product lookup
It can ask for one specific product and get the current information on it.
Which support you handle
Order status, tracking, changes, cancellations, returns, product questions, shop policies, callbacks — and in which languages and channels.
Assisted order
The handover: how an agent passes a customer to your assistant so the order can be finished in a conversation.
And you can see what the agents did
Agentic commerce gets its own screen in the dashboard — the same one you use for calls and chats.
- Which agents called, and how often
- What they searched for in your catalogue
- Which searches came back empty
- How far they got: search, product, handover, order
- Which calls you refused, and why
Try it on a live shop
Two demo shops run on HelpVox and publish their catalogue this way. Open one, use the chat in the corner, and ask it the way a customer would. Both answer in Bulgarian.
- Ask whether a product is in stock
- Ask what it costs and when it would arrive
- Ask it to place an order for you
- Ask where an order has got to
These are demonstration shops. An order placed there is a test: nothing is shipped and nothing is charged.
